Service Provider affirms that the final deliverables provided to Client are human-directed, reviewed, and finalized, and remain the intellectual property of Service Provider unless otherwise assigned under this Agreement. Use of AI tools does not alter Service Provider’s ownership of the deliverables, nor does it grant Client any additional rights beyond those expressly stated in this Agreement.
